Mars Moon Neptune Mutable T-cross: Quest for Meaning Search for Passion

So lets set aside everything we've been talking about (which is certainly in play still) and look at something maybe a bit more directly personal.  In addition to the major interaction of the Grand cardinal cross, pushing us in ways to come to grips with our greater world, and in fact seek to redefine it.  There is another Major hard aspect going on right along side.  This is a little more short lived but worth paying attention to while it lasts.  The Moon is currently in Virgo (and energized as the sun is in its home house of Cancer) it is in opposition to Neptune (who is also energized sitting in its native house of Pisces) both of which are squaring Mars in Gemini.
Neptune takes the lead in this situation as it is in its own house at its strength, is also the slowest moving of the bodies, and has a natural water affinity to the 2nd most powerful object in this scenario... the moon.  (although Mars has a potential of added energy from a sextil to Uranus in Mars' native house)
Squares and oppositions are by nature motivators, and thus if they are being unheeded to to present themselves to some degree as discomfort.  Because these are mutable signs, and because the nature of the Neptune and Lunar influences, this is a motivation to understanding, internal discovery and finding what we want.

The place of Mars in this puts us in mind of a search to understand where our passion is and how it fits in with the greater social arena.  The vibe is right to become clear on roles emotionally in context of learning craft, and perhaps more specifically the craft of feeling and nurture (Moon in Virgo) in this there is a strong call to paying attention to personal emotional energy, and making sure we are taking the alone or emotional down time we need.

Neptune calls us to examine and experience, to spiritually hold attention without defining or deciding.  To allow ourselves the right to experience, to know what we want, a new powerful passion within the world of humans (mars in Gemini).  The secret here?  Faith that it will emerge in the spiritual fog when we don't press the issue, when we don't hold tight to any preconceived notion.  To know that the passion we need is even now formulating itself in the great mist of our spiritual unknowing.

In some Quabalistic thinking the Sephiroth of Yesod (which is aligned energetically with the moon) is a mysterious spot right before manifestation.  It is also associated with the 2nd chakra, where our sexuality, empathy and emotions sit.  Here in lies part of the secret, desire creates manifestation.

Kether, the crown, the unknowable spiritual origin, the unspeakable ideal is associated with Neptune.  When we challenge Neptune for specifics, we, like the seekers of the grail go mad, because holding the grail in a literal sense is not a reality, the thing you seek is too grand to put in mind words or object.  We can only sit in our center and hold appreciation for Kether, listening and waiting for manifestation, it is from here that the passion and fire will emerge, and it is from this that we may build the future we only preferably have started to dream of.
