Dancer Dance! Grand Possibilities from Little Steps

We of course begin acknowledging the Grand Cardinal Cross still very much in play.  Uranus, still conjunct to Lilith in Aries, and Neptune, thankfully still conjunct to Chiron, in Neptune's native house of Pisces.  Need to catch up on these?  read these:
Grand Cardinal Cross: Grand Cross to bear, Transform your life   Uranus-Lilith Conjunction:Shining Light into Shadow,

Now that we have that out of the way, Let's take a look at a little something a little deeper.  Those who read my blog often may have started to key into the fact that i am a big believer in a little something called a Sextil.  Now a sextil is an aspect between planets or objects in a chart about equal to the difference of 2 signs give or take (60 degrees if your keeping track).  When this occurs, energies line up in a way that offers synchronistic fertility.  Translated: these are great opportunities that may be taken advantage of, but are not automatic!

Hopefully as soon as you hear that explanation the whole reason for my obsession with these beautiful little gems becomes crystal clear!  They represent the best places to put our energy because they provide a fertile ground for learning and progress!  Learning being the wealth that may never be taken away.  We learn in many ways, and only one of them is what we most commonly think of as learning, such as we did in school.  While this may be one way in which we learn, the greater portion of learning (and the greater wealth of it) can be found in a much larger realm of learning.  The Greeks. and Ancient Gnostics referred to the Logos- knowledge that could be expressed in words, and Gnossis Knowledge, or Knowing that was an essential understanding, and experiential understanding.  For example I may teach you how to write words but to write poetry you are on your own, as no one can teach the words of your own soul.
So in addition to some amazing power-building Trines, as well as A powerful Grand cardinal cross between Pluto, Saturn, Uranus and a slowly tightening Solar-Venus Conjunction, there are two series of multiple sextils playing into the scenario.  What these sextils allow us to do is to take the overall challenging meaning, the rather forceful push for realignment working within the Grand cardinal cross, and gives us constructive hints to build new possibilities, that are fueled by the new world this grand cardinal cross brings into creation.
In much of the ancient gnostic cosmology a cross was a symbol of creation, as the spirit was sacrificed into creation on the cross of matter.  The grand cardinal cross is the cross of creation, as they are the instigators of the zodiac!  It is important to recognize that the end of the world and its beginning may feel very much alike depending on how willing you are to redefine yourself in light of the expansion of the universe, IE our willingness to open to more than we expected. Our willingness to understand that what we want may come to us in ways we never expected.  And that things we want more than we ever thought we would may come.
So lets take a practical look.  The first set of Sextils begins with Pluto in Capricorn, which urges us to seek personal independence in practical ways, slowly step by step and in forthright honest ones.  Avoid reliance on outside sources, and avoid any kind of shady dealings, it is a time to be very aware of our integrity and our deserving.  This is Sextil to our Neptune/Chiron conjunction in Neptune's home of Pisces.  Pluto in Earthy Capricorn gives a support for an honest openness to the spiritual transcendence that Neptune opens us to, it also urges us on because a Pluto in Capricorn questions material values, Neptune chiron sextiling this Support that point of view and underline the spiritual context which keeps us on the straight and narrow with Pluto.
Neptune/Chiron are then Sextil Jupiter in Taurus, which looks to slow steady expansion growth and progress.  Again Jupiter's steady strong growth provides the kind of support a real spiritual journey of understanding needs, and the spiritual journey keeps our slow material growth on a track in keeping with our spiritual truths!
That Jupiter, my dear friends, is Sextil to Venus (coming into conjunction) with the Sun in Cancer!  Our senses of identity and beauty residing in the space of building familial and human community connections!
Now, It is no surprise then that, this slow steady growth allows a good focus on the beauty of our loved ones and children and building community in a person to person level, which therefore supports our slow steady material growth, of course this then reaches back strengthening our spiritual quest of our Neptune Chiron Conjunction and finally our quest to own our own power in honesty and strength in our Pluto-Capricorn!
Seriously? Could it be any better?  Ain't it crazy that if we ain't looking it can seem like the end of the world, but a small step to the side reveals that all that ever matters is growing if we dare to pick up the watering can?!!

Now! On to the second set of Sextils!

We begin with Vesta in Aquarius.  Vesta Represents how we trade personal gain for community gain that gives us personally great gain.  What stronger a place for such a concept to be hanging out than in Aquarius the great idealist and reformer/revolutionary.  well she is Sextil our Uranus Lilith conjunction, Uranus of course being the great idealist and bringer of the future, Conjunct with Lilith which is the shadow of our emotional selves and the way we hide from our personal power, Which combined creates a powerful place to confront and look into our shadow and change the world through service!  This of Course is occurring in Aries, which means talk is cheap, it is a time to do it or get off the pot.  Theory must be in practice, equality and truth must be a verb.  This of course co-strengthens the opportunities of service (very obviously) by Vesta.

Uranus/Lilith is then Sextil to Mars in Gemini.  Mars represents our motivations, and in Gemini Mars is Social and eager to negotiate, and loath to commit.  Here Mars is at its most engaging softly moving and motivated to work with others.  This ease and ability to negotiate softens the charge of the Uranus Lilith in Aries, and they in fact give a little more commitment to mars.  From this we may gain great energy from doing exactly what it is we are most drawn to!  (seriously exciting ya?)  We finish off with Mars Sextil to Mercury in Leo!  Which means that it is a time when we are comfortable standing to speak, to be the center of attention, when our thoughts are clear passionate and steady.  When we add these up there is a clear push forward translating out internal needs into a better world.

Better yet, when we look at these two powerful sets of alignments, the former takes the outside and creates a personal story of beauty!

We return to the challenges represented by the grand cardinal cross: Pluto in Capricorn: a challenge of being honest and open in our financial dealings (and avoiding dishonesty... which is often done by being honest)  Uranus in Aries which charges us to embrace a new world which comes and shakes all things down whether we will it or not, Sun and Venus in Cancer which calls upon us to open up ourselves to the power of human care and nurture for all our relations, the living family, but starting always with every relationship, which is a person to person (or being) relationship.  Finally Saturn in Libra which looks to the negotiating of boundaries between people and embracing the now in our relationships, loving them for what they are in this moment.

So what starts out sounding like a mess, looking like a challenge, starts to look like a grand opportunity to come into alignment, to celebrate life and love.

Towers will fall, and governments crack, Sacred cows will be tipped.  But in  the words of the old Quaker Song "With a Book and a Steeple and a lock and a key they would bind it forever, but they can't said he!  For the book it will crumble and the steeple will fall but the light shines forever at the end of it all!

And in the words of the ancient Gnostic Mystic and Poet:
"To the Universe Belongs the Dancer He who Does not Dance Does not know what it is to Dance."

And in the Words of David Bowie:

"Dance Magic Dance Magic Dance Magic Dance Magic, Put that Baby spell on me, Jump Magic Jump Magic, Jump Magic Jump Magic, Put that Magic Spell on me, slap that baby set him free!"
